These Rules of using the website https://www.charity.drone.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Rules and the Website) are valid between the Website Users and the Website administration - the Charitable Organisation "DRONUA CHARITY FUND" (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund"), and regulate all ways of using the Website, which is owned and operated by the Fund.

1. The use of the Website is permitted only to the User who has accepted all the terms of these Rules, the Confidentiality Agreement and other rules posted on the Website, including the Public Offer Agreement.

2. The User is obliged to carefully read the Rules before using the Website. By using any part of the Website, the User automatically agrees to be bound by the terms of these Rules with the Fund.

3. The services, programmes, projects, promotions available to the User on the Website may have additional rules, terms and conditions and agreements established by the Fund or a third party governing their use. Before using such services and participating in such programmes, projects, promotions, the User must carefully read the terms and conditions of participation in them and agree to such terms and conditions.

4. Information contained on the Website in the form of reports, news and other information materials of the Fund is relevant as of the date of their preparation (publication).

5. The user has no right to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, reproduce, create new works, distribute, perform, or in any way use the content of the site (including software) in whole or in part.

6. The materials published on the website are intended for personal, non-commercial usage. The user has the right to download or copy the content of the site, other components and elements displayed on the site for personal use only, subject to compliance with all copyright and other notices contained therein.

7. The user is allowed to use the information posted on the Foundation's website free of charge, provided that the hyperlink is open, and the source is cited. The use of information means any reproduction, republication, distribution, processing, translation, inclusion of its parts in other works and other methods provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights". Any permission for commercial use of the above materials is granted only upon receipt of the prior written consent of the Foundation.

8. The Fund has the right to close or suspend the operation of the Website or any part thereof, to change the Website in whole or in part without prior notice to the User.

9. The Fund is not responsible for the content of websites not owned by it, links to which may be present on the Site, and does not guarantee their availability.

10. The Fund has the right to amend these Rules. All changes made to the Rules will be available in the form of a new version of the Rules. All changes to the Rules shall come into force from the moment of their publication. By using the Site, the User confirms acceptance of the new terms of the Rules in the version effective at the time of use of the Site.

11. In case of invalidation of any part of these Rules, the remaining parts of the Rules remain in force. The waiver by either party of any provision or condition of these Terms or any breach thereof shall not invalidate such provision or condition.

12. The Fund isn’t responsible for any damage or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or failure to understand the terms of these Rules, instructions or guidelines on the procedure for using the Website, on the procedure for posting data and other technical issues.

13. These Rules shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of these Rules will be resolved by the relevant court located in Ukraine.
