Light for IDPs: the RE:Ukraine project
Equipping temporary housing with a backup power supply as a part of the RE:Ukraine project (construction of temporary housing for 15 families/50 people). Ensuring energy security and reliability for people, who have lost everything, is our mission within the housing construction project for internally displaced Ukrainians. 2 residential sections will be equipped with electricity generation and storage systems to use green energy during the period of sufficient solar generation and accumulate backup stocks in case of emergency outages.
The required equipment for project implementation:

solar panels with a capacity of 20 kW;

autonomous power supply systems with the function of accumulation and smart distribution with a capacity of 54 kWh.

The construction plot was provided by the Bucha City Council. Upon the completion of the research, all the facilities constructed on-site will be transferred to the Bucha territorial community.
